Holding "SCM Group" became the responsible executor for the construction of a sports medicine center. “We are not budget recipients, we are investors, as well as general contractors. The construction of a sports medicine center for the Olympics depends entirely on us, which we are building by order of the State Medical and Biological Agency of the Russian Federation, as well as under their control, ”said Roman Semenov. The state provided a land plot for development, while it remains the right to redeem at least 50% of the project. The volume of investments amounted to 3.8 billion rubles. with an area of construction of about 31.5 thousand square meters. m.
